Senior Compliance Officer

 We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior
Compliance Officer to join our dynamic Audit and Risk team in Abu Dhabi. As a key
member of the team, you will play a vital role in ensuring compliance with all
applicable laws, regulations, and company policies. If you have a strong
background in compliance, particularly within the real estate sector, and are

Responsibilities:

1) Develop, implement, and maintain compliance policies and
procedures. 

2) Conduct regular compliance audits and risk assessments. 

3) Provide guidance and training to employees on compliance-related matters. 

4) Investigate potential compliance violations and recommend corrective actions. 

5) Stay up-to-date on regulatory changes and industry best practices. 

6) Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure compliance. 

7) Report to management on compliance activities and key risks. 

Qualifications: 

 1) Bachelor's degree in Law (LLB) or Master of Business Administration (MBA). 

2) 4-6 years of experience in a compliance role, preferably within the real estate industry. 

3) Professional certification such as CCEP, CRCM, CAMS, CRCMP, GRCP, or CFE is required. 

4) Strong understanding of risk management principles and practices. 

5) Experience in policy development and implementation. 

6)Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills. 

7) Proficiency in Arabic is a plus.
